It is estimated that we have around 60,000 thoughts every day. These thoughts are our internal/external language. These clusters of thinking represent what we believe about the world around us. Everything we have learnt from our parents, partners, teachers, media together with emotional experiences have formed a blueprint in our mind and is stored in our subconscious mind - similar to a hard drive on a computer. This is what we use on a daily basis when we process new information.

Hello - I am going to try to make this page short and sweet whilst giving you a snap shot of what we can do together in about 6 to 8 hours. I like to think of myself as a talking Therapist, Teacher and Counsellor with some Hynotherapy thrown in for good measure for those wanting a quick fix to Stop Smoking or are feeling particularly nervous with a driving test or presentation coming up..

Unlike many therapies we don’t spend hours hashing through childhood stuff to find “answers”. Sadly you can’t change the past but you can change how you think about it in the present. So we look at working on changing that massive belief.
